How to Do Gymnastics Brain-1st movement

Cross Movement

How:

To activate the kinesthetic sense, sentuhkanlah each hand to opposite knee alternately. Ie touching right elbow to elbow his left leg, then replace it by touching the left elbow to elbow his right foot. Do it repeatedly.

Other variations:
